Once again….awesome job! It’s nice to have a place you can order from that delivers without using Uber eats, Grubhub, etc even when it’s late. Being new to the area, it seems like options are minimal after 10 but Dominos came through with the win. Our delivery driver was awesome. Our pizzas were correct, not soggy or stuck to the top of the box like the delivery before. Very pleasant and cheerful. Service with a smile for sure. Wish I would have gotten her name so we could call a compliment into her store. Thank you for providing great service!

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a salad during the lunch hours. My order was delivered to my work address. I get my order but am missing the salad. Instead of calling the store, I completed a form online describing what was the issue. When I got off work, I made the call to the store to describe what happened and was told I could either come in to get the salad or come in a different day. I think that “rule or policy” is silly and should be modified. Not everyone who enters the store is lying about not receiving their food. The manager at the store is competely rude and unprofessional. You won’t be getting my business anymore and you can keep the salad and the 6.99 as well.

Best Domino’s I’ve eaten in a couple years!!!!!!! And the delivery drivers are super respectful you all keep up the great experience you provide cause this day and age I usually don’t have very many places that deserve one star let alone 5!!!!!!! Stopped by to treat my kid post his school . Was highly disappointed by a super rude person at the store. Looked like he was alone in store and probably didn’t feel like working today . Anyways , left the store without placing the order and brought pizza from next available store . Rating the store for the poor customer service and bad experience.

I’m a bit annoyed. They had technical difficulties with their phone, which is fine… that happens. But I spoke to 4 different people from their call center who continued to send me to me “local store” then my call would drop. They wouldn’t even allow me to make an order with them. This is more for their stupid call center than the actual store. I never have issues with the actual local employees.

Ordered online, quoted 1 hour, as it updates the time increases. Called to see what was going on and why after 1 hour and 30 min that the pizza wasn’t even being made. Someone by the name Aaron answered and assured me the manager was too busy to talk on the phone. Waited till i can speak with one to cancel the order and refund me. Mary, the manager supposedly gave lots of attitude said that its the call centers fault for misquoting delivery expectations, said they’re extremely busy and hung up on me before getting a refund. This Company expects a tip before making the pizza and if they see an order without one on their screen we know how they’ll treat you and your order. I understand a lot of stores in the valley would be understaffed or busy but if i was notified and just treated with kindness i would have been more than willing to wait. instead of ordering at 6pm and getting it at 9:30pm with actually no hope that it would even come. Mary probably shouldn’t be a manager if the job is too much but no one deserves to be treated like i was. Go to Little Caesar’s. Its a fraction of the price, yes you have to drive and get it yourself but at you dont have to deal with people with poor attitudes willing to make someone else’s day worse like theirs. As for the franchise owner. Make changes or lose business.

Got the wrong order got bread instead of pasta, different pizza that I ordered I waited because I figured it was an honest mistake and the driver would come back and fix it…. finally just tried to eat the pizza that I am had it was horrible had two pieces and threw it away… wasted 24dollars

The Broadway location is absolutely terrible!!!! The gm is incredibly rude with customers AND her staff, it’s clear even to the customer that she plays favorites with her employees, food is almost always burnt, cold, or just all together wrong. You can tell she doesn’t care about the customer or their concerns only her paycheck. Until the gm is replaced at this location, I will not order anything from dominos ever again! And I will tell every single person I know the same to stop ordering especially from this location! Do better dominos!
