11/25/2022 8:00pm Where to begin. Beginning with ordering . I had to repeat several times that I wanted the pizza to be the Tuscan six cheese special and add spinach and mushrooms to half of the pizza . I ordered a side of garlic stick breads .The cashier took over 5 minutes to understand what I was requesting and to know how to ring it up. I was told to check back in about 20 minutes .

Customer service needs some work I called was left on hold for 10 mins and I only called to ask if the meatball had pork in it I feel that was something that should be know off hand and the stuffed crust epic I think not was more like thin crust flat bread idk will not order that again sorry Papa it’s a no for me was waste of money and I gave it another try I order 2 medium pizzas like seriously the box say that the crust is pillowy I beg to differ if I wanted a thin crust I would have ordered it and if Gas prices wasn’t so high I would’ve taken it back I will not order from Papas anymore

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered a extra large pizza for my family, the lady said it would be between 40 and 50 min to be delivered. I went to wait on it and my roommate tells me it’s a pizza sitting outside on the ground and bugs is all over the box they didn’t even have the decency of ringing the doorbell or giving a knock at the door! I will never order from this establishment again!
