Last year I gave a 4 star review but I’m updating to 1 this year. We have ordered a few times over the last couple months and the pizza keeps being delivered late like over an hour and a half after ordering. I would have stopped ordering from here sooner but the last time they said it had been really busy so it took a while to make the pizza which I understand, it showed up at a decent temp.but this time that was not the case because the pizza was cold. The tracker said it left the store an hour before it arrived at my door which was about 40 min after I ordered. Tried calling in but got disconnected every time it got to the section on leaving comments. The pics are from about 3 min after it was delivered. The pizza was in the box so long the grease seeped out.

If I could give zero stars I would! I called to order 3 medium pizzas and 2 cheese breads and they told me 78.00 dollars took 20% off brought it down to 64 I questioned it I questioned it and went online ordered the exact same thing and medium and my total is $44 I’ve been called back and talk to them about my concern and with him up very rude very and unacceptable

Terrible delivery service. Have had problems with three orders in a row. All took a very long time and were cold when they arrived. This third time, it never arrived. When I called to cancel, I was told the owners didn’t care. I find that hard to believe, yet, the service hasn’t improved. So maybe that is correct.

Some items can be good once in a while but the food here is average to below average. It’s nothing to cry home about. Delivery drivers have to use their own car so be sure to tip them good if you can. Management here isn’t great either.

Got a burned and petrified pizza, if thats what you wanna call it. 2 bites and I almost puked! Driver left the store 40 minutes before delivery showed up. I watched him run all over town on the app. Ruined my dinner and night. Had to order elsewhere! I would not recommend the Paso store to anyone! Go to Paso Pizza Kitchen and save yourself the trouble

Worst pizza I have ever had the crust was so thin the cheese and sauce just came right off when you pick it up. Don’t think this is a franchise problem more of a individual store issue. The pizza wasn’t even cooked completely.

When your store lists closing time at midnight, and then accepts orders before midnight, and then closes before midnight without alerting those who have ordered, that their order is just apparently not going to make it, but yet you still take the money for the order, is not acceptable. You don’t get to be hokey when you are a part of a scene that is going to have visitors that expect better.

Why Domino’s Pizza has lost my business? I’m an old fashioned type of guy I dislike doing online orders I rather call directly and submit my order. On Tuesday night I was having a severe pizza crave, so I decided to pick up the phone and place my order. Unfortunately Domino’s has decided to employ a call center somewhere in the world. It’d extremely annoying because it takes about 8 min to order a large pepperoni. I always ask to get transfered to the store directly after arguing with the operator and asking to please get transfered to the store because apparently I have to give them a valid reason they finally did it. I spoke with a store employee who told me to call back in 15 min. I understand businesses get swamped so I wait and called back 20 after. No answer. I decided to go to the store and place my order. I get there I waited a gold 20 min to be attended and then the employee tells me no walk in orders you have to order online. Lucky for me In &Out burger saved my day.
