Alberto’s is doing what a lot of other local places are doing: keeping cooked burgers (and maybe other things) somewhere and if they need some quickly they warm it up to just above body temperature and make a sandwich. Most customers prefer hot food. It tastes much better. There is nothing more disgusting than cold food that is supposed to be hot!

I use to live in Spry when I was a child and my parents would take me here. Still go til this day even though I live 20 minutes away now! My favorite (pictured) is their mediterranean salad! They have other great food at great prices as well! Spend $20 on dinner for 2 and leave with a full stomach and leftovers!
