I have never been to a five guys before. The food was excellent. Much more than I bargained for. But the prices are high so it’s not something that I would frequent every week.$20 for a hamburger and two small fries is a little excessive to me. It was kind of fun watching the burgers be cooked right in front of you though. It shows that the burgers are fresh.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical of this place because it’s a very large chain restaurant – that being said, it was a great experience. Burgers were very juicy and tasty. Toppings were fresh. Simple menu and quick service. They definitely give you way more fries than you will ever need but that’s okay – more for later! I also like that they have two Coca-Cola Freestyle machines.

Ordered a burger fries and a drink for pick up at 12:45pm, left work at 12:40 for lunch, showed up at 12:50pm. Waited 5 minutes with no mobile orders showing up before I asked about my order, turns out they hadn’t started my order yet and placed me last in line, did the same to the guy behind me. I should have just canceled the order and gone somewhere else because it took another half hour to get my food. Why have mobile orders if you aren’t going to prioritize them by the time they are due. Terrible customer service.
