Worst pizza I ever tried. Stuffed crust with no cheese on it ?

The pizza was awful as the middle of the pizza was bumpy and the cheese was completely gone. I instantly asked for a remake. The remake wasnt as bad but some slices of the pizza lacked cheese. The spanish worker was very rude and lacked knowledge of how to correctly do her job. She told me if i wanted all of the pizza covered with cheese i needed to order a pan pizza. I was baffled as 1) any pizza i order should be fully covered with cheese and 2) what is this to even say to a customer. She lacked professionalism and had no consideration for my time. Having her remake the first pizza cause me to be late for my appointment as that was an extra 15 mins i did not have. I am very upset and advised her i was contacting Pizza Hut head quarters in which she advised she didnt care. I took the picture of the pizza in the store and departed as i had my 5 year old son with me who was very hungry. I was beyond disgusted. This store also never have plates and i do mean never

Online order. A bit difficult to maneuver but I managed. Ordered from this Pizza Hut whenever I am in town. I live in Buffalo, NY so I know good pizza! Here it is “hit or miss.” Yesterday’s order was definitely a “hit!” Pizza was great of the signature Pizza Hut reputation! Pizza and wings were “five stars!” Compliments to the cook!

Horrible … it’s not the first time. However gave it the benefit of the doubt. I have no more doubts. After I got the pizza I called and they put me on hold. This place gives pizza Hut a very bad name. Shame on them. Also, the driver did not get out of his car!! It was a terrible Experience not to mention another evening ruined by Pizza Hut
