It was quite good our son had injured his arm and spent the night in Kansas City in the truck heading home and needed something to eat Brahms and Joplin was horrible kind of hate fast food The burgers were good The sweet tea could have been a little fresher but we got in and out and the main thing is the food was good The onion rings I really liked

Took way too long to get our order. The drive thru overall took too long. When they finally came to handout our order, they dropped half the drinks/blizzards out of the drink carrier. Luckily it missed coming inside the window of the truck. Then it took about 10 minutes to remake 1 drink and one blizzard. Meanwhile I witnessed through the window them knock over another blizzard and just pick it up in a scooping method off of the table. They obviously were going to serve it to the next customer.

Fairly new DQ in Grandview & in the beginning the service was terrible. Was being run by children who were there to goof off and had obviously never learned customer service. Thankfully it seems to have new staff & management MUCH BETTER thank you! Of course food & treats can’t be beat it’s great to have a DQ nearby.

Garbage, waited over 40mins for an online order but the kitchen threw our receipt out twice, kitchen was a huge mess with other orders. Ended with melted blizzards and lack of communication.

This store is trash!! Do NOT go here, our take out order ticket from online got thrown out twice for some reason and we waited for 40+ minutes for 6 blizzards, kitchen was being ran by a bunch of kids that kept goofing off and messing up everyone’s orders

We went to three different Dairy Queens for Free Cone Day. This was the only Dairy Queen that would not allow chocolate ice cream for cones. Now I know which Dairy Queen cheaps out so I know not to come back! I’ll stick to the Raymore location, as they generously allowed any flavor.
