The girl at the window was rude, taking the order and at the window. She never smiled and never said, “You’re welcome” to me thanking her with each transaction. She had my drink wrong, and the biscuit was wrong. I asked for promo sausage and egg but got bacon and egg. She’s short, obese, dark-skinned and I think she had her hair pulled up and pink short nails.

Absolutely terrible service from a colored hair girl working the drive threw named jay. She was on her phone the whole time and of course my order was wrong. On top of that my fries were cold. This place is terrible because of the employees. You wonder why they look dead compared to all the places surrounding them. Its because they have ditsy people working there that could care less because they’re to busy tik tocking

Not only did this Hardee’s have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, it was worse than any other fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too. I went through the drive through. I actually sat at the window for more than 5 minutes. Finally got my order and pulled away. First noticed there was no straw, then noticed there were no napkins, then noticed there were no fries. Had to park and go back inside. The manager didn’t even apologize, she was just real snooty. If Hardees needs to close down a restaurant, this would be a good candidate.

This is our usual Hardee’s since it’s close and mostly has pretty good food. I got a cinnamon roll and it was really good. We also got a big breakfast plate, biscuit and gravy, eggs, bacon, tots. Great except for the bacon. Asked for well done, crisp bacon. Gat medium cooked limp bacon, which I like, but this wasn’t my meal. As you can see the bacon is not crisp. It’s cooked just enought so the fat was just past raw.

Suzanne Wilson is the manager there and she has the most nastiest attitude ever! I bought 3 sausage biscuits and they were all hard & badly burnt. Took them back for a refund and Suzanne grabbed the bag off the counter and slammed it on the floor in front of customers! She did refund me but with the most passive aggressive sarcastic UNPROFESSIONAL attitude ever!

Drive thru order for over $20 for 2 double burger combos. Received two single burgers with incorrect toppings that tasted about a week old. Fries were also soggy. Unfortunately too far away to go back.
