The food at Little Caesers is amazing. It’s definitely worth trying if you are in the area. The inside of the building is a nice place to wait for your food. There is usually around a 15-minute wait for food, but it is definitely worth it.

After a very emotional day working to rescue a dog and get him into a foster home, I stopped for a take out pizza. I was tired and very doubtful that I had made a difference. I got to the Little Caesars just before closing but couldn’t make the app work. I was frustrated and drove to the window to place my order expecting to be told I was too late.

For the most part, service is good. They at times can be a little slow and behind even when ordering ahead; but that seems to be the case everywhere these days and not unique to this establishment. Even at these times, the staff is cordial and friendly and you can tell they are trying. The food quality (from a taste standpoint) is consistent with the Little Caesars brand, but sometimes the pizza slices and the bread sticks are cut unevenly and disproportionate. Could use some more consistency in this area. But overall, usually a good experience at this establishment.

Very very disappointed with the service. Too much socializing at the drive up window and not paying attention to the customers. After waiting in line for 25 minutes and then to park and someone would bring out my order I wasted 45 minutes. Decided to go in to get the pizza only to get ignored inside too. Come to find out the kid at the window didn’t place the order. Ugh!

The worst experience I ordered 4 hot and ready nothing special and they lady told me 20 min fine keep in mind I have 2 hungry kids at home. Well 45 min later I final ask were my 4 simple pizzas were and I got the answer we are waiting on one pizza the cheese at that so 10 min go by and final asked were my pizzas again and same answer so finally the kid brings the pizzas up and drops one and then tried to sell it to me un fing real I’m calling corporate as well

Hello. Normally I would not reach out in regards to service but I’m definitely annoyed. We ordered 3 pizzas. There were 4 people working and two other cars. After waiting 30 minutes and watching cars come and go, we found out they gave our pizzas away. Then they offered us someone’s two random pizzas. We proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to be given two pizzas. They were confused why we were annoyed and stated we ordered 3 pizzas. So we had to wait even longer for the 3rd pizza. So frustrated as we were picking these up to bring to our friends house for all of our kids. During this time other orders were taken and distributed. So annoyed!!!

Ordered online, they were a half hour late. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes as other customers walked in and out. They were not busy. Staff was completely unconcerned. Service is garbage
