I just moved back from Arizona and I haven’t had a meatball sub like this is in a long time. Oopps they call them grinders .lol. I would definitely recommend going here. Very nice friendly military discount is a plus too. I would have thought being out away from fast foods that they would be expensive. Nope check out the prices in the pictures. And they deliver which for me is a plus cause I don’t always want to drive and they are like 2 streets over. Sweet deal all around for me!!

I’m very happy with all my experiences at Gino’s. We’ve eaten there, taken out and had food delivered. Pizza, grinders and dinners are all good according to my family of 4. Sometimes it takes a while for delivery but that is totally acceptable and has never gone longer than the stated time. Simply order your food earlier. I’ve never had a problem while placing my order other than it’s a little loud and maybe a wait here and there, but their busy and to me, it’s understandable; I’m not calling a library. I would recommend anyone I know to eat there.

usually pretty good, today how ever my wife and I have been sitting here an hr and a half waiting for a delivery, mind you we live less than 5 min from them. again usually they are here with in 20 mins. Food is good and comparable to other pizza places, prices are in the mid range, though you do seem to get allot for the buck. anyways, its a thurs afternoon and we been sitting here waiting, a hr an a half, while the animals are getting restless and hungry..

This is literally my favorite pizza… And I grew up in New Haven (famous for its excellent pizza). It’s all about the dough. Gino makes it fresh daily and it is simply the best. Everyone is friendly, wait times are minimal, and I’m telling you, this is the best pizza around.

Absolutely disgusted. Ordered a cheeseburger grinder and while I was eating it I noticed something black imbedded in the meat and cheese. I assumed it was something burnt so I flicked it out. Nope it was a whole entire very large black fly. I am absolutely disgusted. I have been going to Gino’s for years but I will no longer. The quality of food and service has gone downhill. If you have any regard for food safety please stay far away from this place.

Good grinders & pizza, (dinners not so great) but sadly there are serious management & customer service issues here. It is difficult to place an order over the phone because the line is either busy or when they do answer you are immediately put on hold (as much as 15 minutes on one occasion). Wait times for delivery is frequently over 1& 1/2 hours. They have a habit of forgetting part of your order this has happend multiple times for both pick up & delivery orders. On one occasion we called & told them the driver had forgotten the 3 sodas we ordered & paid for they said they would send the driver back out, however nearly an hour later & close to closing time no one came. When I called right before they closed I was assured the driver was coming with the forgotten sodas, the driver never showed. I am currently writing this review while waiting an 1 hour & 40 minutes for my order to arrive, it was only supposed to be 45 minutes – 1 hour. Sadly this will most likely be the last time I patron this business.

I went to Ginos’s on 4/13/18. My order came to $21.00 To my surprise the cashier told me that my “real” total was $23.50 because I was using a debit card. I asked her to check with the owner and he replied that he gets charged by the bank so he was going to charge me extra for using my card. Nowhere is this policy posted. I told the cashier to keep the order. Is this legal?

This is the very first time I’ve ever tried them out. I just tried to call in an order for delivery and was told that they don’t deliver until after 3pm which is not on the take out menus and as I’m telling my husband they don’t deliver the person over the phone hung up on me. Never had them and it’s beginning to look like I may never get to. Don’t appreciate the very rude customer service considering it was my first impression of the place…
