I have ordered from here in the past and we have never has any issues. This is by far the worst ever pizza. I called my order in for carry out. When I got there they couldn’t find my order, person taking the over the phone order, couldn’t get my name right. So there couldn’t find my order. The pizza tasted horrible, we won’t eat the pizza. I would like a full refund d. I will never be back to this location again.

This is the 2nd time we have ordered from the Elk River Papa Johns. Both times we ordered extra sides of the marinara sauce, and both times is was SPOILED. Smelled awful and sour, tasted even worse. So my first question is, why are they not using the standard Papa John’s issued sauces? Instead you get basic disposable to-go cups with sauce in it. I am assuming they are doing this to cut costs. Well unfortunately, it’s not working for ya. They are sitting too long and going bad. Will not order again from a store with such poor quality control.

So so so disappointed! We ordered the bbq Hawaiian and Buffalo chix and thinking we were getting full larges at $13.99 a pizza (was almost the size as a personal plan) and then we started to eat the pizza they must of put a bottle of Frank’s Buffalo and a bottle of sweet baby rays on it. I didn’t have the effort to call and complain!

Came in on a Saturday night. One guy seemed to be manning the station making everything. Didn’t catch his name, but as mentioned with it being a Saturday night it seemed very busy. Just wanted to leave this review to say he’s the GOAT, and the pizzas were delicious. I know finding good staff is rough right now, so I wish him and this place the best.

Ordered pizza tonight from Elk River location as we have done numerous times over past years. Routinely leave 20-25% tip and have had exceptional service until tonight. Ordered, should have been contact-less, driver showed up, rang bell twice, then confronted my wife to sign the receipt. Demanded tip, would not leave pizza until paper signed, very aggressive. Called manager, he was cordial, but dismissive. Love PJ’s pizza, but will never order from this location again.
