This is my personal opinion, and here’s why I gave it a rating of two star. Beginning with the fact that Im not a fried food eater anymore neither fast foods. But if I had to make comparison amongst other fried chicken restaurants; the quality and flavor of this one, would probably fall far below some others like Popeyes, Kentucky, even some other local restaurants. I was good back when it first started but it has go down on both aspects I mentioned before,(Oh, well, except for the ice cream). Plus in different occasions I’ve passed by I seen this; and last also last time I bought some pieces for my kids I noticed beggars or homeless sleeping inside. Not like It is not that I am discriminating but I understand that if (myself) already finished having lunch I must take the food waste to the garbage and put the tray in its place and leave the place, not a place to stay to sleep after eating. So this also leave the place a bad impression. But well, it’s the “heights” and this is just my opinion.

Always crackheads inside or near it. It’s a alright place. There food is delicious. Always have good chicken and the best French fries EVER. It’s pretty big. You can sit and enjoy your meal. The staff are very nice and they pretty fast.

The chicken over rice delicious, cheeseburger delicious hot wings and bbq are delicious taste like restaurant wings. Workers are friendly especially if they know you. Sometimes I wish they were open as late as the other chicken spots sometimes that late night hunger hits and wings and fries would be great but I get it go home rest up and come back and make some good food

Lady in the front during evenings (or maybe just weekends?) is not very friendly. She’ll rudely ask for the money (it’s winter, gimme a minute to take my gloves off and get my cash). But just as rudely will turn around and leave me hanging while yelling at whoever is preparing the food in the back.

I ordered 2 orders of falafels in gyros with fries and a caramel apple pie. Instead, I received no fries with either of the orders and a random cake. After reading review apparently just forgetting items in the orders is what they are notorious for. I am annoyed because I was still charged for the items I did not receive and when I tried to call to complain about it they had already conveniently closed. Definitely never ordering from here again.
