Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Night Shift employee told me to wait 15-20 min so I waited 30 minutes. I proceeded again for them to tell me that no matter how long I wait there not going to serve me. And all I asked was when we’re they going to be open I’m willing to wait. NEVER AGAIN will I come to this Carl’s Jr and I recommend nobody else does either unless you want to be treated like your nothing because an employee doesn’t want to do there job.

If you’re trying to get any food before 8:30am, don’t even bother going here. The person on duty will just whine and say “she’s on break.” I understand that people at work need breaks, but what kind of place only has one person able to take orders or has the ENTIRE STAFF go on break at the same time, essentially shutting down a 24 hour business. This isn’t the first time this has happened for me as well. This is probably the 7th or 8th. Won’t be going to this carls again.

Place says it’s 24 hours and I’ve been sitting here at the drive thru for the past 20 min and no one is talking there is 3 cars outside and there is clearly people inside . Such unprofessional employees the day this happend was at 3 am . April 14 2023 at least someone could come to the mic and say they are not open right now. Horrible

After sitting at the drive-thru for a couple minutes a voice finally came on and told me they were at lunch. I told them I’d not quite sure what that means can I order right now? With attitude they responded no not until we come back from lunch. I asked okay what time will that be they said in about 10 minutes with attitude once again. It sucks that I’m trying to give this establishment my money and my business but they can’t find adequate employees.
