I usually go to Chipotle, but came for the tmobile tuesday promo. it was confusing how to redeem, but besides that, it was very hard to hear the associates or manager. restaurant was decently dirty and food was either too salty (chips) or not enough (pulled pork)

The past few times that I have gone to Qdoba I have really enjoyed the food and the big portions they serve compared to Chipotle. Yesterday, my experience at Qdoba left a sour taste in my mouth. My boyfriend had ordered before me and was going to pay for my meal, so when he said that he would be paying for my bowl, instead of asking the person making the bowl what was in it, the cashier rang in that it was a bowl with double steak. I did not order double steak, just their regular sized portion. After my bowl was made, my boyfriend showed me his receipt, and I was confused why there was an extra charge for steak. I asked the cashier to clarify, and they said that it did indeed state that he was charged for double steak. I told the employee that I never asked for double steak, and both I and the employee looked over to the person who made the bowl, and I could tell the employees knew they messed up. The employee offered to have the bowl remade, and before I could respond, my boyfriend told me not to worry about it, and we proceeded on with our day. The employee who I spoke with was not very friendly about how they made a mistake and I do not understand why they could not just offer to refund the double steak because I should not have to pay for something I did not ask for. Honestly, I will probably not be returning to Qdoba for awhile and will get a burrito bowl elsewhere.

Writing this review after giving Qdoba another try after a previous bad experience. I used to really like Qdoba, but in less than a year, I’ve started to dislike them. This review is based on my last 2 experiences at this location. The first time, the food was fine but didn’t taste like it used to. The second time was more of a mixed experience. The quesadilla and burrito bowl were okay, although the bowl was lacking salt and my beans weren’t completely cooked and my husband’s quesadilla was thinner than usual, so the staff was skimpy with the ingredients. The nachos were pretty bad, they were a liquidy mess, almost like water was added to them, with okay flavor. I’m including a picture but it’s kind of hard to see just how liquidy they are- and this is after draining out some of the liquid. On top of that, the person who helped me with my order had an attitude. Considering I tried Qdoba again after previous bad experiences and have been continually disappointed, I’m not sure if I’ll be returning, and like I mentioned earlier, I used to really like them. Really disappointed!

Went to Qdoba and ordered a burrito. This is how it looked after I unwrapped it. It was difficult to keep everything together and the tortilla wasn’t even warmed up well. The workers just looked at the burrito and laughed
