Lovely oyster bar with great atmosphere in Plant Street. Inside they have high tables, but there are normal chairs and tables outside. Great beer, wine and prosecco. Friendly and cozy.

My first time here and it definitely did not disappoint! They offered a great assortment of the freshest oysters I’ve ever had. Zach, who shucked and served them, was super cool, friendly and very knowledgeable of each selection. The laid back atmosphere makes it even more inviting than I thought. I can’t wait to go back for more so I can try out some of their other menu items

I went to the barrel room with my fiance who does not eat Oysters or much seafood and I wish I had gotten the employees name but he stopped us and talked to us. I told him my girlfriend does not eat any Oysters let alone raw ones. He bet us he could change her mind. After hearing him speak about his knowledge of Oysters he gave her one to try and explained how to eat it. After trying the Oyster the way he prepared it I am proud to say that my fiance now eats raw Oysters with me so we ordered a dozen and shared them. If you go to Plant Street Market make sure you stop at the barrel room next door and try the Oysters because both the Oysters and the people who prepare them there are amazing.

7/02/23. Me and two friends stopped in for lunch. My girlfriend had a lobster roll; her husband had an oyster platter. Number one, the building had an awful smell of old cooking oil. Number two, the lobster on the lobster roll tasted very fishy and lobster, if fresh, is not fishy tasting. Number three, Half of the oysters did not taste right and as a result, my friend was sick that evening. The health department needs to inspect the kitchen. It’s disgusting.

This place really is a hidden gem! The lobster roll was so yummy, and the oysters were fresh too. My man Henry was so nice, and helped me pick the right ones- definitely coming back for more!

I hate to be that person to ruin a solid 5⭐️but I rely on google reviews -especially when travelling. I drove across the city to experience a 5⭐️oyster bar and unfortunately I was disappointed. We walked in and asked if we just seat ourselves outside and got a muttered reply ‘yes’. Waited about ten minutes until we realized there was no patio service so we walked in and placed our order ourselves at the counter. No added info about the oysters or the menu, no personal greetings, no menu recommendations. No music or ambiance that I could notice on the patio, no check in by staff to make sure all was okay but there was a suggested tip starting at 15% when we walked in to pay. The oysters were good and I would come again but only if in the area.
