Just got home with my food, the food is absolutely terrible. I would leave no stars if I could, the mashed potatoes were very dry as if not enough liquid added to the instant potatoes and clumps of the dry potato flakes, gravy had an odd taste to it, and the chicken strips were very chewy. So basically I’m now getting something else to eat but my dogs loved it.

I frequent this area and have always loved Bush’s. However all 4 times I’ve been to this one it’s just been terrible all the way around. The workers barely say two words to you. Cool, whatever, I didn’t come to socialize I came for the quality of chicken that I’m used to. But every time I’m let down. The chicken tenders are extremely tough, some I can’t even bite through. They’re TINY. I’ve been to many Bush’s Chickens and I’ve never seen them this small. The rolls are always burnt too. The only thing that’s “okay” are the fries hence the 1 star. I pondered over leaving this review or not but after 4x and still disappointed, felt like it was right.

The service was very good, but the food was sub-par, in my opinion. There is way too much breading on the chicken tenders. Mac and cheese was blazè. Tea had a lemon flavor to it, which I didn’t care for personally. My husband had chicken thighs and those were pretty good.

The drive thru service is terrible, rude and not friendly with no customer service. The young girl who came out was so not wanting to be there and was not nice at all. I was so upset with her attitude. She didn’t have a smile or even greeted me and my husband. She didn’t even say thank you! Not coming back to place again!!

The restaurant was short staffed but friendly. The chicken strips were tasty & the potatoes & gravy was hot and good. Had to request napkins, table pepper as no condiments were on the tables. The hot apple pie was great

Great place for backdoor service headed straight to the trashcan…fries under cooked and the chicken tenders were dry and tiny. Customer service was like the tenders. A $12 meal that was worth maybe half of that.

There were 2 people working on a Tuesday evening dinner time. We waited in drive thru for 10ish minutes nothing so went inside ended waiting even longer so we just left. Sad they can get enough staff to work during a busy time.

Place has gone downhill since COVID hit. Rude employees, severely understaffed. At one point, they had a single employee was running the entire place. Bill Miller’s showing up effectively gave this location the deathblow.

Despite my daughter’s advice about Bush’s chicken here I still wanted some and said ” Let’s give them a chance” well, I should’ve listened , like she said ” read the reviews” . The chicken was cold, the mashed potatoes were old and dry , corn nuggets cold and dry and so was the roll and gravy, I’m not one to give a negative review for no reason but I was so disappointed for the poor customer service that I just had to, I hope this helps and they fix this.
