Customer service was awful. Attitude given from more than one employee. Upon pickup, several items were missing and when asked to deliver the items, they came damaged and full of oil. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’d recommend this place. I hope for the sake of their business, they can better their quality and attitudes when handling customers.

I have gone here a number of times. The food is average. Tonight was the last straw. I will not go here again. I ordered a turkey bacon wrap. IT WAS $21. HOWWW is that possible. Now the wrap does come in 4 sections so it is bigger than a normal wrap but still not worth $21. I have included a picture. T6he amount of chips it came with is an absolute disgrace. In the pic don’t pay attention to it only showing 1 section of the wrap as I split with a friend. Fir $21 they could have atleast give you a full bag of chips. Also the wraps all dell apart and were not very big. I don’t recommend this place. Everything is overpriced!!!!

The best pizza in central Massachusetts. I have ordered from them several times not only for myself but also for my workplace which is about 70 people. There is never any pizza left over. Everyone raves about how delicious it is. Their customer service is outstanding. Delivery is always on time or a little early. I can’t say enough good things about Ciao Bella. I highly recommend their Porcino pizza.

So I had a less than pleasant experience here yesterday, Saturday. Having worked at pizza places for over a decade, I view them as take out places, so I never ever eat in. I am also quite selective where I order from, but I’ve ordered from Ciao Bella several times, and I usually order the roll-ups.

The absolute best pizza I’ve had. Perfect portions of fresh toppings with the best sauce and most incredible crust. My son and husband raved over the grinders. We drive in from Southbridge to eat here…it’s that good!

The place doesn’t have the greatest atmosphere but the food never disappoints! Had the Monterey chicken sandwich and it was delicious! No matter what you order it doesn’t take too long as the kitchen seems like a well oiled machine. Desserts are very good here also.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and some waffle fries. The fries were a disappointment, very soggy and floppy. The pizza had excellent flavor and that really carried out. I would have preferred the crust to have some crisp on the bottom but that’s personal preference. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.1.

Plentiful portions and reasonable prices highlight this popular takeout establishment. Pictured are a salad, chicken parm, and chicken Al forno. There was not a very long wait for our food, and it held up well on my 15-20 minute ride home. They also offer a variety of pizzas and standard Italian-American fare.
