We arrived at 10:30 am and they had just opened. The restaurant was clean and ready for customers. The restrooms were clean, and that’s a good thing. Many restaurants start the day with dirty restrooms, but not the case here. They took our order and prepared the food quickly.

I made my last attempt at their drive through. A while back I drove through the drive through. Paid for my food and was ignored as I sat there waiting , waiting and waiting. Totally ignored as the line behind me grew and grew . Finally the person that had been walking back and forth came to the window and asked if he could help me . I was like , can I get my food ? Finally they figured it out and I wrote it off to just a mishap. It happens, I get it .

My daughter dropped one of the trays. The cook came out after seeing her face and even though we said it was ok, he insisted on making us a new burger and fries to go. This location was much cleaner and more friendly than the Katy freeway/grand parkway one.
