I was here on April 28 around 9:00am and the lady working the drive through was BEYOND rude to my 76 year old grandma, mind you my grandma is sweet as can be so I don’t understand why the nasty attitude. I lived in the area 18 years now and been coming here just as long and this was just unforgivable I will not be giving my business anymore. My grandma asked for “one moment please” while she looks over the menu and the worker says “I’m not dealing with this” to her co worker ??? Not dealing with what?? she literally asked for just one moment! Her tone and attitude was SO UGLY. I don’t understand how anyone can wakeup and decide to treat people like that. I mean the whole treatment from the ordering speaker to the pick up window was beyond unpleasant. I’ve never felt like that in anybodys drive through . I felt so bad for my poor grandma she was just quiet when the lady was being rude 🙁 she just wanted to enjoy her morning breakfast and that was taken from her.

Its been years since I was last in here prior to today, and I am so disappointed. The employee was rude as heck, they were completely out of TimBits somehow, but the worst part was drinking my coffee and getting a mouth full of coffee grounds. I have absolutely no idea what happened, but it was so disgusting. I had quite a drive ahead of me, and just wanted a cup of Tim Hortons coffee but instead I spent my drive fishing coffee grounds out of my mouth. It was so gross. And, about the TimBits being completely gone – I understand, things get 86’ed in the food service industry, but it was the employee’s attitude about it that was the problem. I would have ordered something else but she was so rude I just didn’t even bother.

I thought for sure such a large sandwich would be cut in half, it was hot and good though. I went through the drive thru and they forgot a side so I had to go back in, which took forever – side was a donut. The hashbrowns tasted freezer burnt and were cold.

Here you guys go the most honest review you can get about this place besides the actual owning gaslighting me he also does not care his store is in this condition. There is terrible knat infestation under all sinks and they do not throw the food away the still serve it on top of that black mold on machinery (especially ice Capps coffee pots exspresso machine) moldy and dirty counter tops and floor and the constant human ✨fecal✨ Matter in the bathroom just keep this in mind when returning to this location
