We walked in and there were two people at the counter that did not acknowledge us in any way, even when we said hello first. After a few moments a waitress walked up to us from the back of the restaurant to seat us. She provided good service. The food was not bad, mediocre. Again we were completely ignored by the who I am assuming is the owner/manager when we asked for the check. We asked a second time because our waitress was nowhere to be seen even though there were only 2 other customers in the restaurant. Overall, it’s probably better to eat at another establishment.

Wow! So happy they opened in my neighborhood. You can find Pho Steak Bowl off of Royal Palm Boulevard at the west end of the Royal Palm Court shopping plaza. This was previously a full service Chinese restaurant before they opened in May. They now focus on Vietnamese Food and select Chinese favorites.

Try there first time today, was excited to hear of a Viet restaurant close by. Unfortunately, it was a huge let down. Ordered spring roll, the sauce was off somehow not like how it usually should be, wasn’t good. Next the shaking beef came out it was disappointing to look at as it doesn’t come with the usual fried rice but white rice instead. Ok I ask about it and they brought it out, except they charge it extra into the bill. On top of that the beef wasn’t flavorful, another let down. The hostess did compensate with some extra egg rolls to go, so that’s something. Services is subpar by waiter, have to hail him down every time needed something. Then to top it off, they gave me check with change in it thinking that I paid already when I haven’t even paid? I was honest and gave them back the money and pay for my meal. Not sure I’d revisit though, the drinks was alright.
