Amazing staff, quality management and customer service. Always fresh bread and quick staff. If you have an issue with their restricted driving area, you need to complain to corporate. They are the ones who set every stores delivery area. Not the store! Don’t attack; sometimes things don’t go our way, its unfortunate you had a bad experience, but lets remember too, they are human.

Ordered from here for awhile, today went in to pick my subs up and there was a weird dressing on both my subs. Whenever the local Jimmy John’s on Sashabaw doesn’t have enough “today” bread to spare to sell us, but does have enough “yesterday” bread (ironically) to sell us…. This Jimmy John’s always comes to the rescue & has enough to sell us. The employees are friendly, helpful & everything always tastes great.

This place has excellent quality food. Not a lot of selections but what they do have is definitely good. Not a place to take the family to dine in really but if you’re looking for something that’s not greasy and unhealthy this is probably a good choice for you. Not a lot of dessert options but I believe they have cookies Etc. Prices are not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive. on par with most sub shops.
