Pleasantly surprised & very pleased! Probably the best Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I’m from Rochester & our Chipotle’s are sooooo awful (they literally leave them abandoned and unlocked while the comp accepts mobile orders so when people go there the receipts are across the floor & no employees there at all).

The food at this particular Chipotle is fairly decent, but not the greatest either. I waited 20 mins in line to get some queso. One particular worker named chase, as I saw from his tag, was fairly rude to me as a customer. Chase is a very unsanitary worker aswell. He did not wear gloves when he prepared my food, he was sneezing/ coughing while preparing my food, and he scratched his behind, then proceeded to touch me food and serve it to me. I also saw chase using the urinal as a toilet and did not use paper toilet afterwards. The worst thing of all, he rinsed his hand and wiped them with the back of his pants. The experience with customer service and restaurant maintenance was an awful experience overall and would never go back there ever again. For the cherry on top, when I asked for extra guac, the worker simply said no.

The store was absolutely filthy, big garbage pile on the ground as soon as you walk in, the line was really gross with all kinds of different bits of food in the wrong bowls and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down all day. The first employee I talked to was absolutely miserable to be there. He put a tiny bit of everything on my bowl and got super crabby when I asked for a little more and literally threw his tongs back onto the line after putting a little bit more on.

Meal options are great and taste very good.. Place needed to be cleaned up a bit though.. Maybe a staff/manager to just walk through occasionally and do some light crumbing. The location is great, staff were polite and efficient. My colleagues and I enjoyed our meals and we will definitely go back.

Luckily I love my avocado but in my order tonight instead of guac…. I got a whole chunk of avocado in my bowl. Please you guys watch when you’re making your guacamole. You’re lucky I’m not a hot head that calls up with a complaint.

Always order online because sometime it’s very busy. Love the options. They seem to have gotten more staff which was needed. Only complaint is many tables were dirty and the floor could use sweeping mid-day. Wish there was more parking available.

It was busy and there was a wait for pickup orders. Would be nice if the website had real times for the order. Their “chipotlane” for pickup orders was pretty much a long wait in line as any other drive thru. The one employee was very nice and the food was prepared well.

Ok, disclaimer, I went when they were maybe 30 minutes from closing, so the restaurant was pretty dirty. There may have only been two guys there, though, when there probably should’ve have been four or at the very least three. The guy who served us was very nice and efficient!
