It’s such a shame that a place with sandwiches this good falls victim to terrible service and inconsistent hours. Lots of wasted potential on what could be an otherwise bumping hot spot. When they are open, the food can be great, but recent experiences show skimping portions, flavorless sides and prices way too high to compete in fast-casual dining. I’d rather go to Culver’s or Jersey Mike’s across the street for a hot fresh meal – at least I can trust their posted hours.

Quality and service has really gone downhill at this location. We’ve always been fond of it but it’s been several visits since our orders were received correct. Today might have been the end. Turkey on a sub that was supposed to be removed, white on the wheat sub, wheat on the white sub, very soggy bread just a few mins after pickup. It really is a shame because they offer some things that are unique but man it is like we are guaranteed to have wrong food every visit lately.

This place is literally never open lol. I’ve tried coming here so many times and each time it’s closed. They’re open like 9am to 4pm which i get since they’re short staffed but it’s just really inconvenient for a convenient food shop. Then it’s closed on Sundays as well. So if you work a 9-5 or something you can only get it on your lunch break. Good food though, nice people, would rate higher if the availability was better.

This place is hardly ever open. Finally got a meatball sub. The filling was good, but it is supposed to come on garlic bread. Garlic bread is toasted. Mine was not garlic or toasted. What a disappointment.

First and last time here. Sandwiches were soggy with so much dressing and the meat had an odd smell, what little was on there. We had a few bites each and threw our sandwiches away. Idk if this is normal or not but first impressions mean a lot
