Yesterday my children went in to order food, while sitting outside in my car waiting, I noticed a dog in a car. I told an employee because by the time I noticed it, it had been about 5 minutes. I then made a post on NextDoor app and another 17 mins went by…my kids food wasn’t done and nothing had been done about the dog so I ended up calling the police. When I was working there, I would’ve been talking to customers or calling the cops sooner instead of having a customer deal with it. I hope that dogs ok and the cops got to it.

The mobile orders here always meet problems, if you don’t know how to use the portal, then I suggest you don’t show you are open on the App. They always priced higher than the one on Broadway for no reason, it’s always slow to get the food here, the place is tight and always packed with people. The drive through line will always block you from driving out of the parking spot. Don’t know why such ridiculous Mc’s still exist. Weird in every aspects.

It’s a regular McDonald’s. There are sometimes a lot of homeless people out, but that’s normal. The drive through is rarely busy, but ordering in store can sometimes be a long wait (up to 20 min). They have 2 electronic orderers and they have a good amount of seating. There is a bathroom in good shape.

This place has improved much. The food is tasty served hot most of the time (i would say A quality for fast food). Order accuracy is pretty good but sometimes mistakes happen as a with any place. The employees are great, and they are always happy to help. They are always in a good mood and very chatty. I stop often after biking to get fries and a frap, and these guys already know me and me special requests. A place that treats its employees well, also treatc customers the same. Much better than used to be, a good stop for a quick meal !
