So happy to finally have a Chipotle close to home! The steak was cooked to perfection – tender and delicious. Salsas are very good and food is fresh. Went inside to order food and had no problems. Looks like the low ratings are from pickup timings, but this is a new location and was super busy going inside. Give this location a try.

If I could saw zero stars… I would. I placed an order at 12:48pm and the order was supposed to be ready at 1:30. It wasn’t ready until 2:17 once we asked for a refund. Then the order was wrong. Extremely bad quality and didn’t include 6 of the items we ordered. It was sooo small. Paid $30 and everything was terrible. Asked for a refund and said you have to call 1800 number. Called the number and it was the rudest foreign person I ever experienced. Sounded like he was in bed. He wouldn’t give refund and then hung up in my face. I just filed a dispute with my card so I’m getting my money back regardless. Maybe other locations are good but this one sucks. The pics below are what I was supposed to get and what I actually got. So glad we finally got a Chipotle in Jackson! The lines are long (be prepared to wait 30-45 mins in line for food). I am lowering my review to a 3 star, as almost every time I have been here they have been out of at least one, but often multiple items including guac, queso, peppers, lettuce, and even bowls. Hopefully this location will get its supply chain issues figured out.

The food was spot on. This place just opened so it was super super busy during lunchtime. Parking was difficult and there was a long line so there was a long wait. The staff was full, but they looked tired from possibly the amount of customers during rush hour. The place was busy they were. It was some availability for seating inside and outside. The line wrapped all the way outside, so there wasn’t really a quiet atmosphere for eating.

My order was incorrect and look at this bowl,it’s the most pathetic thing I’ve seen from a Chipotle. And this huge chunk of rice…Ridiculous!! Thank goodness for customer care,I was provided a credit.

Meal due at 6:30pm, not ready until 8:30pm. Burritos were not made per my order, had scant meat, and burrito bowl had even less chicken. Slathered with unwanted sour cream. Very disappointing. Hopefully they will improve.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. Worst chipotle experience I have ever had and will never return to this location. Once Madison and Flowood open up, this location will close like all the other restaurants that were in its place. Fajita vegetables were raw and not grilled like they’re supposed to be. Very small portions for $15. Workers throw the bag at you and slam the drive thru door shut. Do not waste your money here. Steak was tough and the rice was all clumped together.

it was flies in the restaurant, and a DEAD one was in my bowl in my lettuce. I’ve had better chipotle at other locations even though they just opened, a fly in my food is inexcusable. save your money & your time & go to moes if you want it that bad.

They really really need to work on the food portion. I had to ask thrice to get the regular amount of rice you get in any other Chipotle, same with beans. Staffs are slow and the place is quite congested.
