We were seated immediately and the waitress was amazing our food not so much. My mother in law ordered pancakes golden in color they came out burnt smelling and very dark. She was told that is how they cook them which makes no sense you get a golden color before they turn dark. So they switched it to French toast they looked good until she flipped them over and as you can see they had burnt edges. I ordered the Brussel sprouts and as you can see they were totally burned. We have been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time and we were highly disappointed.

Nice comfortable spot. I sat a the bar and ordered a Steakhouse burger ($17.50) with a side Cesar salad. Food came out quickly and everything tasted really good. The burger was cooked just right and has had a great flavor. Hot & juicy! The Cesar salad was also very good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Never disappoints! From the delicious menu to the songs that are played most likely from Ralph’s favorite playlist, can’t get enough of this place. Thank goodness University Hall and Ralph’s basketball legacy will never be forgotten because of this great restaurant!

Very clean and well decorated. Waitress was very polite and good at her job. Music was a tad loud but not blasting. The food arrived in app 15 minutes at most and everything was correct and hot. The grilled chicken sandwich was ok but not what I was expecting. The regular fries are better than the truffle fries in my opinion. All American burger was great. The sweet tea is very good. Deviled eggs could use a little salt but were very good otherwise. Overall it’s a good place and we look forward to our next visit.

If you like messy burgers, (the messier the burger, the better the burger!!), this is the place for you. Sampson’s All American Burger is messy as hell and quite delicious also. One of the best burgers I’ve had in recent memory.

Burger Week participant April 17-23, 2023…on Friday April 28th will be 1 year celebration! Full house tonight! The smash burger was great but there was NO KETCHUP on my platter..I noticed other people had it on theirs..so ask your server when you order for ketchup because there is none on the tables..I asked for it twice from 2 different waitresses but none showed up ..my waitress told me ” the kitchen” forgot to put it on my plate..then she shared a nugget that burger specials are on THURSDAYS $7/all day! Will be back! Oh and Basic City draft was also sold out..had to settle for Vienna Lager. Wifi guest password is: ralphshouse

Oh my gosh…get the steak burger with pepper jack cheese and asparagus as your side…it’s the best meal I’ve had for awhile..the hamburger was outstanding and asparagus cooked and seasoned to perfection!!!

Fun atmosphere on game days. Dee-li-cious Brussels sprouts, although pricey and kind of a small serving. Great selection of beers and drinks. Service was outstanding. Rebecca was on top of things. We had the harvest salad and the apple/blue cheese salad with salmon. Salon done to order (rare). Harvest salad good but would have loved more squash; it was primarily greens with just a little of the “harvest”. We’ll be back!
