One of the best Chilli rellenos I’ve ever had. Overall the food was in the top 10 of restaurants over 50 years of eating Mexican food. I consider myself somewhat of an expert as I also managed a Mexican restaurant for 13 years so I have to say that the decor, food, margaritas and service earn this restaurant a solid 4 stars.

2 months ago I left a review of this place. It was a 5 star review I’ll leave in place at the end to make my point. There’s a trend in this town. I say it’s “Valdostardized”. When a great restaurant is taken from great to gross in a short time, due tothe poor work ethics and dismal attitudes of the people who work in that in this town. About 3 weeks ago we went to Pedro’s. One of many trips. I had the Burrito Loco, my wife had the flautas. We both had churros for desert. The burrito was good. Nearly filled the plate, guacamole salad on the side, The menu says it comes “with” that. My wife’s flautas were decent…and the churros were just amazing. Light, fluffy, golden brown, served with fresh whipped cream and ice cream in the center of the plate. That was then. This is now.

I just went to this new restaurant and the food was great. The margaritas was on point they don’t hold back on the liquor! Lastly the staff, they was all on point. They kept checking on us and made sure we was good. They were great. This will definitely be my go to while I’m here in Valdosta! It’s a whole vibe. The music the setting everything. Thanks for the great experience!

From the minute I went in we were treated great. Our service was tremendous and the waiter was on the spot, drinks, best tea, cheese dip and they even catered to our diet which is they let us bring our pork skins instead of the chips which helped us not feel awkward. Everyone was very nice and on top of everything we had an unfortunate auto problem and someone in their staff helped change our battery. In this heat and gave us water. Top notch place will be back and tell all our friends and family thank you Pedro’s!

Would rate lower, everything fell below average. My chille relno was smothered in grease so much grease it poured out onto rice. Also the chille still had the stem in it and then it was deep fried so you didn’t even know exactly what it was you were biting into. NOTHING was flavored, I mean not a sprinkle of salt. Spoke with the head chef and he spoke with manager and they said it was nothing they could do about it. I paid the whole tab but I will never come back because they don’t care about you, even if you are truly unsatisfied
