A disappointing visit for us. We had great difficulty understanding the fellow taking our order. Once we got through that, we were surprised to find how pricey the menu was. For the $9 for 2-piece meal that didn’t even include a drink seemed high. Finally, when we got our order, it had no condiments at all.

I have the pleasure of stopping at Popeyes this afternoon. Figured I would get a bite to eat before I go to work. There was one lady in her son there and there was nobody on drive-thru I came in. No one said hello. No one said anything and I stood at the register for over 5 minutes. I watched three cars, pull into the drive-thru and two of the employees walk to the front only to then walk back to the back and to drive through and then said excuse me. Is anyone going to take my order? They looked at me didn’t speak and then eventually the young lady in the draft the window said well I’m on drive-thru and walk away. Customer service is everything. Maybe if you greet the customer and say we’ll be right with you. Respectfully, they were actually wait for service. However, when you don’t acknowledge you have a customer then why are you in business? And maybe this is why business at this Popeyes is not booming as it should. I do not recommend anyone come here and I somewhat kind of felt that the Latino people who do work here we’re racist. I visit this location before when there was a older woman and a older Latino man working and they seem to be very kind and courteous. Young people. If you do not want to work, don’t go to work bad customer service does not service a business well and eventually will affect your paycheck. I give them 10 thumbs down

terrible, would rate 0 stars if i could. i asked for a 4 piece chicken combo spicy with all 4 pieces being thighs. I ended up receiving 4 tenders. obviously, i understand people make mistakes sometimes, so i went around the drive thru again and kindly asked if i can receive a refund or exchange for the right order. Lady tells me “no, i can’t do refunds due to my manager not being here.” So, i just bit the bullet and ordered the same thing and paid twice. THEN i received a 4 piece chicken combo, but not with 4 thighs, but with a leg, thigh, wing, and breast. i would at least expect my order to be right the second time especially after i’ve paid twice. i’m really not the type to leave bad reviews, but this really made me spazz out, especially after i worked 10 straight hours in the 106 degree heat. i will definitely be back for my refund.

RE the Popeyes on 8245 Precinct Line Rd in North Richland HIlls, TX. I ordered from them last week and today. Both times, they were very friendly, service oriented and did a great job. The chicken was great. This store has had some issues in the past but I think they must have new management or something because they were really bad in the past but of recent, they have been EXCELLENT. I don’t do reviews often but wanted to give them a shout out and thank you for what you are doing. I used to go the Popeyes on Hwy 26 but they have gone down hill so thought I would give these guy a try one time. Glad I did and this will be my primary store going forward. Thank you

Waited 6 minutes at the drive through speaker before they took my order. Paided and was asked to pull around and park. I then waited another 25 minutes before I got my 10 piece order. Won’t be coming back here again.

Walked in to just one other customer dining inside. There was no cashier at the register, I stood at the register for awhile, until I yelled out so someone would come out to assist. Two employees walk out together from the back with both of their phones in their hands. When the cashier handed me my beverage cup I couldn’t help but notice her dirty finger nails with some of them half broken acrylics.

I’ve given this place several chances but the continue to provide poor service. I will not be returning. They have long wait times when they’re no customer or 5. They always leave something out of the order. And their large sides are only filled half way. I was leave and feel like I just got scammed. This place is not worth it.

Steer clear of this place! Every problem that you have ever encountered at any fast food place is a problem here. Inexplicably slow service even when literally no other customers are around, suspicious food quality, disinterested, unmotivated employees. The list goes on and on and on.
