Where do I start… went to drive through, no one responded. So I walked in, but no one was at the counter for at least 6-7 min. We were all in line joking does anyone work here. I ordered 2 kids meals, when he rung it up the price which was $3.49 on the menu is $5.29. He said that’s the right price not sure why it says the lower price on the board. The “special prize” is just apple sauce. What a sad sad kid’s meal. It also took about 12 min after you order to get your food. Ridiculous service and experience all around.

The food is just like any other KFC. The chili dogs are horrible. The staff was great and the store was clean. They overcharge for everything on the menu. Chick fil a is better and way cheaper.

They serve 4 different pieces of chicken. They had NO THIGHS. I was asked if I wanted 3 legs or a breast. I just wanted my $9 back, but had to wait for it. I could tell the young man with customer service skills wasn’t working.

Sat in the drive thru for about five minutes without being acknowledged, so then backed up and left. As I was driving away I saw the employee get out of a car in the parking lot and run back inside the restaurant. Guess he took a smoke break instead of working. This was at 5:25 on 8/23, so the owner knows who to fire.

I barely escaped without getting caught in a brawl over long wait times, messed up orders, misleading menus. The woman next to me was waiting thirty minutes for a corn dog. The guy in front of me was ready to start a fight over a root beer float. The people behind the counter were trying, but they managed to lose half my order anyway. By the time I noticed this, my order was gone from the app. I just don’t see why anyone would go to KFC when you can get better food and not get into a fight at Popeye’s.

The picture is extra crispy. Every single employee needs to be fired from this location or just shut down this location. This location is the reason I don’t like kfc anymore. My girlfriend had a craving so we ordered some food. They got almost everything wrong, literally the only thing they did correctly on the order was give us mashed potatoes and gravy. The other 4 items were either wrong or missing. I would give this place 0 stars if I could they don’t even deserve 1 star. I can’t recommend highly enough to get you food from literally anywhere else.

My friend and I waited 15 minutes for fresh chicken . Chicken looks old the fries were not the best we ordered a rootbeer and cherry Pepsi. Rootbeer is sweet like cough medicine .Cherry Pepsi tastes like chemicals . Very dissatisfied please check what’s going on with drink machine before someone gets sick please.

I ordered strips. They were too salty and KFC is now making them out of the compressed meat and gristle as nuguts. I managed to get down half a piece. Dogs wouldn’t even eat them! Why bother with this deception? Just go straight to soylent green?
