Sushi – great. I was a little weirded out by the individually wrapped pieces. As of writing this review, I have not experienced any stomach problems.

Ordering process is very confusing and the owner or chef is irate when you ask questions. Each pack of sushi counts as 1pc. Super confusing and not very helpful when you just point to things and expect people to get it. rolls were 1/10 rice is mashed together and no flavor. Doubt anything is imported from the Tsukiji Market as claimed.

Okay, the gentleman here appears helpful but makes actions towards customers that displays prejudice and bias toward black folks.

Comically horrid service. In a good market clearly designed to checkout after collecting all of your food, the sushi chef started yelling to get me to pay at the end near them. Rude, disrespectful, clearly lacking knowledge of how there own setup works. Save yourself the hassle of being verbally abused on your travels for no apparent reason, sushi was nothing to write home about.

Self-serve style counter. The sushi portions are very small, but the bowls are pretty plentiful. I got the tuna bowl and found it to be quite tasty. The price wasn’t terribly bad, either.

The first sushi I ever made in my life was way better than this.

8 pieces is 23.99 and 12 pieces is 33.99, but they don’t even have a box for 12 pieces so you’re forced to only buy 8. Tiny, low quality, expensive sushi. Fish didn’t taste fresh, it tasted days old. Rice was too hard. Reminded me of Safeway’s, although Safeway’s is a little better. The worker was also very rude, assuming, condescending, cold, unwelcoming, and unhelpful to me and the person in front of me.

I eat a lot of sushi. After being in Italy for 14 days sushi-less, this place hit the spot. The rice is a C- at best, but still worth eating. This fish is surprisingly high quality, airport or otherwise. Not sure what the sushi is like around here but coming from the west coast this was good fish. All around decent for airport sushi, I’d get it again. I got the 12 piece box and it filled me up. I’d lean heavier into the nigiri over the rolls, the salmon is the best. Bonus points for not having to talk to anyone, no line, and self checkout 🙂

The fish is extremely high quality fish. There isn’t a question of it. Here are two problems I present from this place, rice is too dry and dense. Second, chef stop acting so aggressively around everyone. Work on your tantrum problem before you continue working. If you can’t smile in front of people. Just don’t even be in front of them. Work in the back or something until you figure it out. Best of luck and I wholeheartedly recommend trying out the fish here.

Rice is always frozen. Staff keeps trying to tell you how many sushi per box, extremely impolite
