I had the sweetest Mai Tai and it was not good. If a server doesn’t know how to make a cocktail, they should say so. It was dinner time and maybe at real Bartender would be good. Minus 10 on cocktails.

Nice Helpfull staff, but understaffed. menus is not consistent , beers like IPAs and Newcastle not on hand as advertised, folks in the next booth spilled a soda, my wife jumped in to help clean up before staff could respond, our food orders took so long I was about to walk out. I still left a generous tip because it’s not a staff issue, It’s a management issue.

The food was so salty and the waitress was rude. They gave us a wrong order. The portions were so small. I even got hurt on my back because of the uncleanness of the table which lead be to get scratched and I ended up getting really hurt. The food took so long.

As businesses struggle to return to normal, big city diner is doing a pretty good job with service, cleanliness and a good selection of island favorites. On weekends you can order a selection of breakfast all day and a weekend brunch, although the menu doesn’t explain what that is.
