I actually like this location! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is good. It’s always clean and if there is a mess and you let them know, they clean it pretty fast. The atmosphere in there is good, positive energy. It’s a place I’ll keep going back too!

We decided to come in for dinner tonight and to our surprise, we had the best experience with the cashier/order taker. Her name is Michelle and she is the most pleasant Arctic Circle employee I have ever had. So friendly and goes the extra mile for all guests in the store. Me and my man had come here for years when we want a nice cold treat but today was out last. Ordered the same thing as we always do 2 Large shakes. After ordering we waited almost ten mins for them to give us two medium shakes we waited for the guy to open the window to ask if we can get the large please because we payed the $18 for them he said that was a large. We have been here enough now to know for a fact it was not a large. We asked for the manger and no one came for 30 minutes in the drive throw before trying to go in when the doors where locked. This arctic circle is in our neighborhood. It’s gone through a couple of management changes and the current ownership seems to be running things a little better. Plan for a little extra time during The Rona. The reason it doesn’t get five stars from me is because all Arctic Circles could use a remodeling of the dining area, and I wish this location in particular would bring back their outdoor tables.

I love the food and have a playground that the kids love. I have between 3 yo and 7 yo and they all loved their food and play time. It’s a great place to stop for a snack and to let the kids run some energy off.

when i pulled up to pay. the cashier charged me for the wrong order. she said that they only charged me for 24$. when my order was 45$. then the manager opened the window to tell me that she needed to run my card again for the correct amount. thinking that she would only charge me for the remaining amount that i owed. i looked at the charges and they ran my card for almost 100$ when my order was only around 45$.
