When I was a teenager, minimum wage was $5.50 an hour, and my first job was at the NY Public library putting away books, cleaning the library, etc. I worked hard for pennies on the dollar. Here? They want $20 an hour to get your order consistently wrong, providing no sauces, ketchup, straws, or napkins, then expect you to be happy about the lifeless meal. I remember when McDonald’s used to be made with real ingredients. This dry crispy chicken sandwich feels like I’m eating a flip flop sandal with salt sprinkled all over it.

I seriously can’t describe how annoying it has been trying to get a order correct! They don’t ever get the food correct your order is always wrong, you tell them it’s not correct and they fight with you and say it’s your fault and have to pay for the mistake of re ordering! Even manager said it was not their fault. Even though there was 4x cars in drive thru that ALL had the same issue w/ their orders and going inside to try and get it corrected but would not! The speaker box doesn’t work can’t hear a word they say! This location is BULL$H**!!!! Do yourself a favor and IGNORE going to this location!

Overall satisfied.. BUT! I cannot seem to come to understand the person making the coffee this morning… I ordered large 3 coffees with an assortment of sugar, Splenda and creamers I expected to come on the side. However, the NPT working the coffee station this morning had a glitch and made 3 coffees each with 6 Splendas, 4 sugars and 6 creamers. Needless to say that was about $10 in coffee just dumped down the drain.
