One of our burgers came with no patty. I called right away and was told to file a complaint online to get a refund and within a few days I would get an answer back.Their website is not clear on how to submit a complaint. So upset we spent about $70 and now are they gonna pay for my gas as well if I had gone back to get my money back!!!
