Pizza was great, just took forever to get it. Ordered online for pick up, but had to wait a very long time even after arriving later than my “ready” time. I only saw one guy working, so I’m sure like everywhere they are short on staff. We all loved the pizza though, so we’ll continue to go but plan to order much farther in advance.

We saw this place closed at 1, so we ordered for pick up at 11:40. Paid 63 dollars, which felt excessive but oh well. Went to the place, they had closed up shop. Finding no way to get a refund. Email says if there are any questions to call them or send an email. I call, their inbox is full. I sent an email, the email doesn’t exist. Calling tomorrow. If I couldn’t get food, why even let me order??

Placed an order on May 29. It said it would be ready in about 45 minutes, I showed up after 50-60 minutes. Order was not ready. I thought he said it would be about 15 minutes when I walked in. After I had been waiting for 15-20 minutes, I talked to another customer that came in after me and said I had placed an order way over an hour ago. 3-4 other customers came in for pickup. Another that came in after me said he had been waiting for 33 minutes at that point (They came in, went and got gas and came back and still were waiting over 20 minutes.) After he left, my calzones finally got made and put in the oven over half an hour after I arrived to pick it up. I finally got my order after waiting for 50 minutes. When I suggested he should maybe should add in some extra sauce after waiting so long, he said I shouldn’t have been talking to the other customers! Never an apology for taking so long. In fact, he came back with that very insolent reply.

Grew up in the area and loved ordering from here. Not sure if it’s management, but I’ve worked 4 different pizza places and this place has nosedived. Customer service terrible, wait times not accurate at all, and price of menu skyrocketed.

Nothing exceptional with the customer service. I ordered a small cheese pizza, and the employees seemed pretty tired and uninterested. The pizza was very good! My favorite part was the crust. It is nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The cheese was great, very gooey. The sauce was definitely the weakest element of the pizza. Tasted canned, not fresh or flavorful. Overall, I really enjoyed this pizza.

NEVER! I repeat . . . NEVER order pizza )or anything else from this place! It took their delivery driver over an hour (once we were notified out pizza was on the way) to deliver a cold pizza! We live 10 minutes from the store! Not only that, we were on hold for over 30 minutes trying to find out where the delivery driver was driving to. . . Florida!?!

The worst customer service I have ever seen. I won’t spend another dime at this place. They have delivered to my apartment in Apple Valley 3 times before and now won’t. I told the manager I can spend my money else where and he hung up on me unbelievable!!!!!!
