Staff is always sweet but the waits are usually long and food is very hit or miss. I’ve gotten a chicken quinoa salad with no chicken before, and this morning I waited 20 minutes for one bagel with cream cheese only to open it and find the smallest amount of cream cheese a human has ever put on a bagel. Since I usually drive, I’ll probably take the trip to Tandem on Hadley from now on.

The worst bagels we’ve ever had. Got 2 bagels. One with scallion cream cheese and one with lox spread. Both were flat, doughy and raw. The lox was basically pink colored cream cheese. And for $4 and $4.50, you would expect more than 2 tablespoons of cream cheese.

I got the Dagwood sandwich which is full and incredibly flavorful, I very much enjoyed it. I also got a berry-licious smoothie with protein. It was a little watery and grainy, but it’s also a hot day and I asked for protein so I wasn’t terribly concerned. Service was nice & friendly.

Quit disappointed. We waited at least 10 minutes before someone took our order. This is after I asked what one needed to do to place an order. No eye contact with customers. My husband got the soup and sandwich. They gave him the wrong sandwich. The quinoa bowl was a good size but not particularly flavorful. They seem to be set up for on line orders

Fans…hear me out. I NEVER give 5 stars, but honestly, there’s nothing more I could ask of a cafe. I just got chai but it was delicious. It was my first time having chai. My beautiful friends were all very pleased with their beautiful sandwiches/burritos. They did give my pal Pai’s order to someone named Pat, but that’s an easy mistake so I give them a pass. Would totally come again, but unfortunately I don’t think I will be in this area ever again.

Nice location, decent food and drink options, but internet often doesn’t work and there are no plugs to charge your phone/computer. Perfect if you want to get something to go, but not useful for sitting and working.

This place really works for students and people who need some rest and study while drinking coffee or tea. You can also find all organic food, even organic farm bread here. Here you can also find bagel with cream cheese and salmon! Yes, salmon bagel 🙂 eat well feel good.

Not crowded when we went. The sandwich was great and HUGE. For the money this place is the best in town.

Good food but disappointed in coffee and service. Went in tonight and ordered 2 drinks. The person at the counter took our order then stood around talking to her friends while we waited 10 minutes. Finally when I asked about our order she pretended she didn’t know what we were talking about. When I finally got my latte it was poor quality for the price. Next time I’ll save money and go to Dunkin.
