This is a top 5 terrible chipotle. If you had to name the positives: 1. Their staff is really nice. However, it would be nice to see them more. Because this chipotle has the operating hours of a niche bookstore during the holidays. You’re lucky if you go and can actually get a meal. Half the days you go they are either out of the main ingredients, closed or only open for online ordering. Crowds of disappointed customers come and go each week because this restaurant is unreliable. It’s a shame. You’ll probably be disappointed. But again, very nice staff.

The bad reviews of this place are true. It is, by far, the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Unfortunately I come here more than I should since my kid loves it. Roughly one out of three times the food is up to par. Other times you’ll get soggy/broken burritos, a random assortment of missing items and ingredients, or limited ordering options. Most of the workers here are high school kids so I don’t fault them too much, but the management must be bottom of the barrel compared to other Chipotles across the country.

I’m in love with the Chipotle on Apple . Everything is exceptional. The food the service and although I wouldn’t suggest it but if you are only able to make it in 5 minutes before they close they still deliver top notch service with a smile.

A fairly typical Chipotle experience. We did a take out and out general experience with takeout is low portion size compared to dine in. That held true here as well. The place was busy but they had our food ready ahead of time. The staff was accommodating and got us the extra lime that we requested despite their busy afternoon. Overall, good and clean location.

Edit: Big changes have happened since my last review? All menu items (except, without fail, quesadillas) are typically available at all times. The location remains understaffed, at times, and I’ve waited up to 20 minutes in the Chipotlane—having to drive in circles or park to clear the lane for cars arriving later but having their online orders completed first (because of the order queue).

This place has been closed for 4+ days now, no update to their hours anywhere online. The same sign in the window, “sorry, we closed early today” has been there since at least Thursday when I tried going for lunch, it is now Sunday afternoon. Is this place closed down permanently?

For the most part the food is excellent. The one store we go to because it’s close by will at times be out of items. But it’s not something that will keep me from going back. Word to the wise. If you order one of there giant burritos to go. Have them double wrap it in their foil. By the time we got home, it wad leaking and the bag was ready to open at the bottom.
