Outstanding dine in experience thanks to the team at the front and the kitchen. Very polite and fast, accurate service from Kelly, Jeremiah, Maya and Alex up front. Thankfully no takeout here, so the staff is focused on dine in customers and curbside. The restaurant and bathroom are clean and well maintained here. They have kiosks so you can order yourself, which is great, too. Plenty of parking. Great family stop. The renovations are very nice and the place is very sunny. Overall, very positive experience in a high traffic, busy commercial, residential location. Customer service competes with a fancy restaurant.

Food is great. But the staff members are extremely unprofessional. The staff that assisted me, didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of her. She was on her phone and I greeted her asking if she was ready to take my order. I tried to use my QR code for discount, the cashier refused to help. She said “if it’s not working what can I do?.”

Me and my family have been going to this location for 7+ years, The place has totally changed as far as staff. Tonight my wife decided to order through the kiosk machine a caramel frappe and a minute later you hear an employee yell “ugh can’t they read there is no more frappe” but the sign was on the machine not the kiosk. Long story short the employees here now suck and extremely rude.

There is no drive-through at this location. If you don’t want to go inside, you have to use the McDonald’s app and place an order for curbside pick-up, where they’ll bring it out to your assigned parking spot. Sometimes, all of these spots are occupied by other customers waiting for food or people who can’t read signs. This can be time-consuming in the mornings.
