Giving this store a 5 star review for the solo employee behind the counter today. 7.15.23 Great work sir! Your positive attitude and hustle with a long lunchtime line and many orders with multiple sandwiches, is something that should be emulated across the brand! Too often customers see employees leaning and scrolling their phones and caring very little about the customers experience.

Terrible store, had workers chattin in the lobby with family and or friends and when I came in because my sandwich (online order) was made incorrectly they gave me what I needed instead of just remaking my order.

The worker was rude, irritated, and using unsanitary methods. I ordered online for pickup and I usually go in to watch it being made. She had two customers before me one used cash and another card, she didn’t wash her hand between any of those customers. She also put my bacon in the microwave without any paper and I asked her about it, she said the microwave was clean and she used gloves. I explained to her that she touched money then put the gloves one and put her hand in all the fixings and that’s unsanitary and defeats the purpose of wearing gloves. I told her I didn’t want the order anymore and asked her to refund my money, she told me to do it through the app which I couldn’t. I went to the subway in Crystal and they made the same order and showed me how the BP subway CAN refund my money so i went back and asked her again, luckily the manager was there this time he was able to. This BP subway is one I try to avoid because the workers don’t care and don’t seem happy (and I know ppl are not happy all the time) but have some kind of ok customers service. I live very close and probably will never visit this one again. It’s never a positive experience.

This subway is filthy and dirty. Floor was black with mold around the soda fountain. The sandwich fixings didn’t look fresh at all. Yucky.

I showed up at 9:30am and asked the lady that was cleaning the floor if they were open and she told me “no not really” then offered to make a sandwich when I was about to leave. I also asked if she washed her hands after handling the floor chemicals because I didn’t notice her at the sink.

girl was high making my sandwiches. got a six inch all veggie sub and a 12 inch roast beef and 2 chips. tasted HORRRIBLE and stale and she deff had to overcharge me. came out to over $30. what?

I love this subway grew up going here. I came in to order catering for a meeting we were having for work and could not be any happier. Everything was fresh and very well put together sandwiches look and tasted great. They did a wonderful job. Will be back for more evens we do for work. I ordered from other Subways and the quality was nothing compared to what I got here so please keep up the great work…. Thanks….
