They forget items in your Uber eats order. When you call them about it, they say they are very busy – that’s not an excuse if you are paying money. However, the best part of it, they just hang up when you tell them you will leave a bad review – so here is the bad review they earned. Food otherwise is decent.

Got the Bangkok chicken with hot and sour soup. Did not receive hot and sour soup after paying $20. Asked for the soup that comes with my meal and got a rude expression from the hostess which proceeded to charge me another $5 for the soup that comes with my meal. Then she said oh it doesn’t come with the meal. I wouldn’t have spent $20 on chicken. Bull.
