Went into the Dover location 5/15/23 The service was less than satisfactory. We ordered and it took an extremely long time for our food the server never came and said anything to us. I don’t think I have ever waited this long in a Grinder’s before and the dining area was not super busy. We had to get up and go ask for to go containers after waiting a while. Then the front end clerk is the one who gave us our check, neither girl asked if we wanted dessert before they gave us the check. Which I was planning on but I didn’t want to wait longer. However our food was GREAT!! I just don’t know if I will go back to that location. My favorite is Hartville followed by Louisville.
