Went through the driveway. There were a couple cars ahead of me when I pulled up, but the line went at a good sped and I didn’t have to wait too long for my Bacon Two Cheese. Average quality burger, good enough for a fast food place. I guess it provides and alternative to the two other fast food burger joints in the general vicinity.

We ordered gravy and it was like WARM MILK. We had the food delivered, so I thought maybe it was a fluke…so I called. The nice woman on the phone told me it was bc they changed the distributor for the gravy and they were trying to figure out how to fix it. She admitted they knew it was like that, and she did very nicely apologize. My only thing is….if you KNEW why are you serving it? Hope they figure it out tho.

Arrived at peak lunch time to a virtually empty parking lot and store lobby. We soon found out why. The $20 meal wasn’t worth even $5. The burgers looked like they were boiled (or at least slightly browned then kept warm in a pan of water), as the buns were soggy/slimy looking. I ordered a hamburger, tomato only but got a cheeseburger with tomato only. Had to get it remade. The fries were tasteless. The ketchup was so watered down that it poured out of the containers with no effort. When my sister added some to her ketchup-only cheeseburger, it all dripped out of the bottom of the soggy bun. She ordered some pretzels that smelled odd and tasted worse. Hardly any salt on them and very greasy. The only things that tasted close to right were our drinks.

Absolutely horrible experience, ordered chicken strip baskets with gravy. Everything was cold, the chicken “strips” were brown, cold, hard and about as big as chicken nuggets. The gravy had mystery bits in it, just altogether terrible.

I ordered 2 small blizzards on the app and they came out 25 minutes late. When i was standing next to the mobile order sign i got told to move in a very rude manner by a girl with pink hair. Then two blizzards came to the counter and my girlfriend went to see the names on it and the same pink hair lady said “ok you can move away from the counter now” me and the people who were waiting told to the girl to not be mean. then continued to refuse to show us if we got the right blizzards. the lady with the pink hair needs an attitude check or to get a new job. the blizzards were fire tho!

Food was okay except for a pitiful side salad and I didn’t receive the balsamic I ordered. Seems like on a slow Sunday night they could get an order correct, can’t imagine what to expect during a rush. Staff weren’t the nicest but not particularly rude.

Cruiser Plotline

Having a hard time understanding why 2 chicken strip baskets required us to pull off to the side and wait 20 minutes while the drive thru line was moving right along. After 10 minutes, the first half of our order came out. After the next 5 minutes, the second half of the order came out. Still no drinks or blizzards. Waited an extra 5 minutes for them to sort that out.

Newly opened. Very clean, friendly staff, fresh food, perfect fries. They have plenty of ice cream cakes, and do writing on them if you like. Dine in was open. Military discount to ID Card holders.
