The food is here is hot or miss. Sometimes their nuggets/fries will taste like that fried them 4 times before putting them in a bag. Other times, it’ll all be super fresh. The employees do NOT like to give drink carriers. Also, no matter how many packets of sauces you put that you’d like on their app, it’s always hit or miss as to what quantity you get or if you even get them at all. The McDonald’s in Ripley is a much better overall experience.

On a road trip and needing a pit stop with a quick bite to eat we landed here.The place was clean inside/outside and restrooms. Ordering was fast and friendly the food came out in a fair amount of time,it was hot and very good ,the Qtr pounder W/cheese was as good as most fast food joints dish up and the world famous fries were perfect,nice job Mickey Dee’s.

This McDonald’s has issues with service. Try to use the app for their deals and discounts and the gal behind the counter couldn’t make it work. We ordered our double cheeseburgers plain and they didn’t come out right. My wife had a free fry on the app it said free fry right on it and she wouldn’t give it to us. The burgers were still good but we shouldn’t have to stand there and argue about stuff on the app that they want us to use.

Lately with all these young kids working they have been putting so much salt on the fries at the one in Fairplain and Ripley!!! Not sure if the person just really likes a lot of salt on their French fries or each person that walks by the fries dumps salt on them!!! My son just turned 5 and he’s autistic well he loves McDonald’s french fries but he wouldn’t even eat them and that’s pretty bad when a five-year-old won’t even eat the fries. And it’s just an avid once it’s been a lot here lately!!
