Went to get the caramel and chocolate cookie from Arby’s and received it in a plastic bag. It was warm… So I realized they heat up the cookie in the plastic bag. Tried it but it was falling apart and the taste is not the same as the ones before that didn’t come in the plastic wrapper. This cookie used to be my favorite at a fast food place next to Chick-fil-A chocolate chip cookie… But now no more. I understand the need to change and due to allergies for some but yeah. It’s a no for me. Otherwise, this restaurant over the years the quality of food has always been great. I have had to wait for a few minutes after ordering to receive my food but the quality of the food has always been good. Now I say goodbye to Arby’s…so I can be more disciplined in my diet that cookie kept me coming back. Thanks for the past years!

Ordered food. Drive-thru cashier told me to pull around they are making it “fresh”, whatever that means… I pull around wait about 5-6 minutes then go inside wait about another minute.. Get home within less than 5 minutes. Nothing is fresh. Chicken not fresh. Roast beef not fresh and the fired food that was ordered very easy to tell when its fresh, was 100% not fresh. So I’m thinking… This place is lacking hard and also lying to the customers face. Service was good if you consider being fake to someone actual good service.. Pathetic.. Go somewhere else trust me on this one.

I appreciate his customer service and positive attitude with my request Food always hot and fresh. Thank you. I worked fast food before although it was decades ago . But I remember what this type of service takes needs monetary reward for this store.

Just going through places I feel gave me the best service/food. Yall get a bad rap, but your fried food (Stix and poppers) are so freaking good! Especially with the great sauces. I only go there a few times a year because it’s unhealthy, but with what yall offer, great job!

The good sweet tea is gone. Fries are cold 99.9% of the time. Chicken Bacon Swiss’s chicken was room temperature and was drowned in honey mustard. I quit going to Arby’s for months due to quality, and I see it is not going to improve. Just close this location if you cannot provide a hot sandwhich. You got my $10 for the last time.
