Staff was pleasant and appeared interested in working. The place was clean, and the self serve soda was working with most flavors available. I ordered a double burger with mushrooms and onions. The entire thing was a slimy mess. The burgers were broken into 3-4 pieces each. The bun was smashed and gooey with grease. I attempted to add ketchup and gave up because they entire thing fell to mush when I tried to remove the top bun. I managed to shovel in a few bites and then gave up. My arteries were thankful.

Got some fries for the road. They were fresh and very good. The extra cup full really hits the spot.

“We don’t give Cajun seasoning on the side” is the moment they lost my business and respect. I have children who don’t love the seasoning but my wife and I do. What kind of $ are they saving by alienating people like that? Good riddance, buddy’s burgers is better.

I’ve always been a big fan of Five Guys. Burgers are great and the homemade fries are outstanding. This location is very clean and open. Has a good vibe. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

I just came from Five Guys now, and for the fifth time, they got my order wrong. The lady who served me seemed like she wasn’t sure of what she was doing. Made me repeat the toppings. I knew right there, that something is gonna happen. I used to think if you order over the phone, maybe they misunderstand cos of connectivity. But I was right in front of her. Ordered hamburgers and a little burger. Got home, to find cheeseburgers and a little hamburger. I even left a tip! The fries, don’t even get me started, they taste burnt. I used to love Five Guys fries, one from Exton Mall, but this one you can see the overly browned fries, they’re even bitter. I hope there’s another one nearby where I can start buying take out from.

Over-rated overpriced hamburgers. Fries are good. They seem quite taken with themselves as their decor aims to remind you how good their burgers are, yet if they were that good, they wouldn’t need to remind you. Head to “Buddy’s Burgers, Breaston and Fries” in Exton for a better burger with more choices, or “Freddy’s Steakburgers” if you fancy a smashed burger.

If you wanna stand waiting for 25 minutes and blow $25 on a separately built meal this is your jam ! I’ll just go to a Freddy’s instead. Five guys fell off bad.

Grateful to the manager, Sean, who drove my son’s wallet to our house when he didn’t come back for it. Thankful for that extra mile!

WHY would anyone pay this much for a long wait just to get an average burger, some fry’s (in a small cup) and a drink for $20. And the drink I had to get myself?!
