Ordered 1 pizza, 2 orders of wings, and cookie over the app. I made the order at 2:30 to be ready by 4:30. The order was not ready until 5:30. The order I received was very poor quality. I order from Papa Johns a lot and this was easily the worst I have had from there. To top it off the customer service was very poor. I’m normally not one to post a bad review but this was a very disappointing experience.

Would give a 0 if I could.. Called in an order of a large Supreme thin crust. Was told I Could pick up in 30 mins. I showed in maybe 20 minutes prepared to wait till my pizza was done. To my surprise it was on the serving rack and I was out the door. The box didn’t feel warm but I didn’t really pay attention (my fault ) got home in about 10 mins and it was as cold as ice. Husband only ate 1/2 slice. 18$ wasted.

I think Papa John’s is one of the best pizzas out there for a chain pizza. This particular one needs some new management. They are very inconsistent not only with the food but with their service as well. My most recent visit the young lady at the register gave me $23.00 and some change back more than I gave her.(I paid in cash) After helping her count the money I asked for some seasoning packets. She said that would be an extra $2.70 for those. REALLY, I’ve been a customer for a while and never been charged for those or parmesean packets. I think people really need to pay attention and speak up when visiting this particular Papa John’s location. Just an opinion and hope it helps other people.

Liked and enjoyed this pizza a couple years ago. Ordered one time and the garlic butter tasted rotten. The one in the cup for pizza and what was on the wings. Took a break from them for about a year and ordered the cheeseburger pizza today. Now both my wife and I stomach is hurting us, started about an hour after eating. Will not be going back, absolutely dreadful and has ruined my Saturday night due to a stomach ache. Pizza hut never leaves us feeling this way.

My opinion on papa johns pizza is that they have the absolute best crust, sauce, and cheese when it comes to pizza. They could definitely use a major upgrade on the wings though.
