This place ssuuccckkkssss. One of the guys in front of us was waiting 40 minutes for the food, they also blamed him. I ordered a double steak cheese burrito box and they didn’t give me that and told me I didn’t order the right thing, I walked over to the kiosk which is the only way to order and showed her and she still didn’t want to believe me and blamed me. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, save yourself the headache and drive 5 minutes down the road to another location, this place sucks.

Every day I dash here, they take 30 mins for a two item order. They laugh and ignore you and the entire line. They actively avoid looking to help or even looking at you. No customer service, I’d drive 5 mins down the road to the other one anytime I actually eat, cause they can’t even get the orders right when they decide to do them. If they actually even come into view, most of the time I see this^^^^

This Taco Bell will never ever get anything right. The people that work here are horrible. The service sucks. The food is nasty. This place needs to get shut down. I’ve been to so many other Taco bells within the area, many other states and had amazing service. This one always is a disappointment

Everything was good except the Diablo sauce. It’s not as hot as it used to be. My eyes, forehead, and upper lip would be sweating for at least an hour after using this sauce. Now, nothing, no sweating at all. I am very disappointed with the parent company for changing their formula of the Diablo sauce. Makes me not want to patronize Taco Bell ever again.

Been here plenty of times but today was the worst. Not professional at the drive through, no sauce, chalupas didn’t have much in them, mountain dew tasted like plain soda water and then I find this nice curly hair in it to top it all off. If I had the time I’d go back right now and ask for my money and $4 tip back. Very disappointing

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too, they got the entire order wrong when we got there. This had happened twice before as well, do not recommend, service is also horrible. The place was messy too. Never eating here again and you shouldn’t either.
