We were there for supper ordered take out, 5:15-5:30. The gentleman serving the people ahead of us was warm friendly and gave generous portions. He had to step away and short plump angry woman took his place.” What do you want?!” We were asked. She proceeded to glare at us without speaking, while giving short portions: only 10-11 pieces of lettuce, 13 pieces of steak. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home to look at it. I understand she may be having a bad day, but it was disappointing especially since I usually love Chipotle.

The store opens up at 1045 and the doors didn’t open until 1100. Also when the doors did open I had to wait 30min additional and until someone finally came up to me and with a rude attitude stated what you want. ITS A NO FROM ME DOG ! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING. I have no idea how they even have 3.9 stars… google must not have updated the stars cause this is a terrible chipotle… & I frequent chipotle. The experience is always bad. The staff look miserable & move with no sense of urgency no lie even if the line is to the door. And they’ll leave one person on line by themselves to serve a 5+ line of customers…Coming from a previous chipotle employee idk if it’s upper management not cracking down & caring anymore or if it’s just this store but it’s so disappointing to see. Every time I come I’m reminded why I hate coming here

This is the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. The staff are lazy and care more about chatting with each other than fulfilling orders – even while it’s busy. I pre-ordered online and my food was supposed to be ready at 3:10pm. I arrived and waited over 10 minutes for the pick up staff to make my order. The whole point of me ordering my food online was to save time. I would have been better off if I waited in the long line to place my order in-store. When I finally got my order, the guac I paid extra for, as well as the vinegarette dressing I ordered, were not in the bag. I regret coming here. I won’t be returning

Prior to today, I had no issues. But TODAY 2/14/23 was by far the worse experience at there. The white rice was RAW crunchy inedible. The manager on shift, Zach , said the rice was fine because HE LIKES IT ♀️. He remade the bowls, the rice was STILL UNDONE & he STILL INSISTS it’s fine because HE LIKES IT ♀️ . 0/10 experience & will no longer be returning to this location.
