I Love getting a a sub from here. I can’t eat the bread due to a food allergy ( I have celiac, which is a gluten allergy) but you can request it lettuce wrapped. I have never had an issue with cross contamination either. My only request is PLEASE offer a gluten free sub roll I would even pay a little extra for that option…

Love Jimmy Johns. It always tastes fresh and is delivered quickly. My one complaint is paying for avocado spread and the amount they put on the sandwich is so skimpy you can hardly taste it.

I get sandwiches from here at least three times a week in the summer for myself and co-workers. I speak for us all when I say they have the best food and best service. I’ve never had a bad experience here. If I’m in a hurry I don’t have to worry because the sandwiches are always made freaky fast. Also the employees are so friendly and full of customer care. Best sandwiches ever!!

Ordered an 8 inch Italian night club with turkey added, and some extras with it too. Service was fast (order arrived within 20 min of placing order) and the delivery person was very polite. The sandwich was perfect! Pleasantly surprised and will be ordering again!

Ordered delivery via the app. It took a half hour to get (and we live less than 2 minutes away) and then one of the sandwiches was wrong. We took it apart and ate the acceptable parts. I then called to see about a partial credit and was told they could come pick up the wrong sandwich and deliver the right one. Really? When I told them it had already been eaten they said they could not give us a credit. So not only was it not fast but they would not correct their mistake.

Placed a mobile order and after sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes, called to have them bring it out. They said No; had to go through drive-through. I asked to cancel then as I wasn’t waiting 20+ minutes. Guy argued it wouldn’t be that long. I told him it had already been 15 minutes. He said OK and hung-up. No confirmation or anything. So, had to go through the drive-through anyway just to confirm that it was actually cancelled (took almost 10 more minutes). Still waiting for refund to hit the bank… Sadly, I will not be back.
