I love El Lagos, have since they opened in Branson West, however today I stopped at their Nixa location which online says open with normal business hours, to a paper sign in the door that says temporarily closed. This is incredibly unprofessional, I get that stuff happens but please have the common courtesy to update your customers online. Especially in this day and age. Will continue to happily use the Branson West location, doubtful I will try this location again.

There were 7 people in our party and all of us were very happy w our experience!!! Seated and recd food very quickly! The chips, salsa and guac were delicious! Each member of our party ordered something different and enjoyed our meal! A lot of food for the money! We would definitely recommend and will be back again!

There was no wait they got us seated very quickly. I got the Yucatan burrito it was huge and delicious the chips and salsa are so yummy, service is great and the food came out fast. Definitely recommend eating here.

Ordered lunch for the office yesterday, and the two people who ate hamburger got food poisoning. When calling the restaurant to report it, they admitted other people had called about the same thing. No apologies, no offer of refund. I’m very sad to report this as I’ve enjoyed other meals, but something is wrong in their kitchen.
